Here at NetDeposited, Jamie Dunn, our bookkeeping team lead discovered a very strange glitch. The way Bookkeep works is great: It posts sales in Journal Entry form a "batched total" for the day, and ALSO posts the expected payout. That way, when the actual payout comes thru the bank feed, it will match to what's been posted. Every so often you will get two, maybe three suggested matches if you have exact amounts posting each day and this absolutely does happen if the client sells very similar priced items. Jamie was seeing SIX match suggestions and we immediately thought something was off. Jamie is a solver so she quickly determined a work-around. If you select "find other matches" it will match it up with the one and only correct match.
This is being caused by some glitch in QBO, Bookkeep is NOT posting six entries at a time. Let me know if you are finding other glitches when it comes to auto posting from connectors, I want to know, and thanks Jamie!!!
